Lunchbox Charcuterie

Ingredients


1/2 cup fresh blueberries or strawberries

1/3 cup fresh cherries or grapes

1/3 cup trail mix

6-8 pretzel sticks or crackers

3 thin slices of genoa salami

6 cucumber slices, pears, carrots, or celery sticks

2 oz Hudson Valley Cheese Company Aged Cheddar, cubed

 

Note: you can use your own favorite fruits, nuts, vegetables, meats and cheeses.

 

Directions

 

Place your fruits of choice, trail mix or nuts, in three separate silicone or paper baking cups.

 

Slice or cut cheese.

 

Cut vegetables of your choice into wedges or sticks.

 

Arrange them all into a plastic container or lunchbox with lid.
